Dorint Kongresshotel Duesseldorf/Neuss

I spent one night at the Dorint in Neuss and found the room clean, bright, and modern. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering delicious options like fresh pastries and hot dishes that were kept warm. The staff was attentive and quick with service. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool despite being on full blast. The underground parking was quite cramped, especially when the lot was busy. The surrounding area seemed quiet, a nice touch for a peaceful night's sleep but limited in dining options nearby.

Breakfast price (32 euro pp) much too high

This is an upgraded 4-star hotel with its excellent service and new-fashioned rooms. They provide cereals and pastries, that is reasonably priced.

The hotel was convenient to get to and well-priced. The breakfast was fantastic, with a good selection that definitely set the tone for my day!

The price was reasonable for the weekend we chose.

The rooms were incredibly hot. We turned down the heating but it did not help - the result: a very bad night of sleep. The carpets in the room looked dirty. The bed is not very confortable and the pillows even less. I would not really recommend the hotel.

Everything was good, excellent staff, fantastic location near to a beautiful park area steps away from a street of shops and restuarants. Modern and compact unit with a coffee machine. Overall a very nice stay on a business trip.

The room was excessively hot, despite running the air conditioning at full strength. The underground parking was cramped and difficult to navigate, frustrating during my business trip.

The breakfast was a good spread with fresh juices, tasty rolls, and consistently warm scrambled eggs. The room was bright, clean, and provided all necessary amenities.

We stayed in superior room with my husband, but our room had 2 small beds. I asked staff to change our room, but they said they were overbooked and had no other rooms left. So what is a point of booking superior room?

Lovely rooms, quiet location but close to the centre of Neuss.

Unfortunately we arrived at about 7.30 and very wet as we were by bicycle travelling so not looking our best. the reception my husband received from the receptionist was chilly to say the least ( although he did thaw out a little later after we had showered and changed) If they dont welcome people on bicycles then they should say so on the website.
